Rioja - Varieties Tempranillo and Viura of vineyards between 19 and 48 years old with southern exposure located between 225 and 359 meters above sea level, on clay-calcareous soil with high stoniness. Pre-fermentative maceration for 4 days. Fermentation at 21ºC in concrete tanks and flextank eggs. Soft comebacks Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Aging in concrete tanks and polyethylene eggs for 7 months.
