DO. Rioja, Spain - 93 PARKER. 65% Tempranillo, 25% Garnacha, 10% Mazuelo and Graciano. Viña Cubillo is a blend of the classic Riojan varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta, Mazuela and Graciano, made by the López de Heredia winery in Haro (Rioja Alta).
For the production of Viña Cubillo a traditional winemaking is carried out. Subsequently, it is aged for three years, with two racking per year. The wine is clarified with egg white and bottled without filtering.
