ElSumiller.es is a project born from the passion for wine of our Sommelier Juan Ignacio Ayerbe. After several years sharing experiences and tastings, and training as a Sommelier at the San Javier Hospitality School in A Coruña and later at the WSET School in London, he decided to turn his passion into his profession, giving a 360º shift to his previous career as a Technical Architect. In this endeavor, he created this project with the aim of offering private customers the option to buy the best selection of national and international wines online at the best market prices.
