La Perdida O Trancado 2018

Without D.O. (Valdeorras), Spain - Varieties Garnacha and Mencía. O Trancado is the vineyard inherited from Nacho Gonzalez's grandmother, where La Perdida began in 2011. With strains of an approximate age of 70 years, the dominant variety is the Garnacha tintorera to which the mencía accompanies to a lesser extent. The natural cultivation of the vineyard is continued in the winery with the same work philosophy: spontaneous fermentation with the grape's own yeasts in 400L clay jars. absence of added sulfur, neither filtration nor clarification is performed.
