Without D.O., Orensano Central Massif - 93 PARKER. 40% Merenzao, 40% Albarello (Brancellao), and 20% Negreda (Mouratón) from old vines on slate and alluvial soils with pebbles, at an altitude of 500 meters. The grapes were fermented separately with natural yeasts, blended, and matured in a 3200-liter oak foudre. It is light and fresh, with a lower alcohol content than most other wines (12.1%) and an ethereal touch. Made from young vines, this is a characterful blend that attempts to replicate what a pre-phylloxera wine should have been. It is delicate, perhaps a little softer than the 2018 vintage. Alcohol: 12.1%.

The vineyard is made up of traditional varieties of the area such as Mouratón, Mencía, Garnacha Tintorera, Grao Negro, Sousón and Godello, red and white mixed in the vines. In his first vintage he has made 3 wines, Peixes da Estrada, a mixture of all the red and white vines. Peixes da Rocha, which is an estate wine, where red and white mixed varieties are also found. The philosophy of viticulture is the same as for Fedellos do Couto, maximum respect in the field, they do not use chemicals and the intervention is the minimum possible. Peixe da Estrada 2016 ferments with its native yeasts and is aged in French oak barrels of various uses for 12 months. The result is a red with soul of white, intense in aromas, floral and very fresh in the mouth.
