No D.O. (Galicia) - 40% Mencía from Bierzo, 30% Caíño, 20% Brancellao and 10% Sousón from Ribeiro and Melgaço. A mixture of sandy granitic soils with decomposed granite and alluvial soils with pebbles. Manual harvest. Selection in vineyard bunch by bunch. The different varieties are fermented separately with indigenous yeasts in open PVC vats. Subsequently, it is aged for 12 months in old French oak barrels. After this period it is uncovered, the different varieties are assembled and they carry out the joint malolactic. It was bottled in December 2020.
