A.O.C. Champagne, France - 100% biodynamic Chardonnay from vineyards at the same latitude in southern Vertus. This champagne was formerly known as "Tradition." Based on the 2021 vintage (60%), it is vinified entirely in oak barrels and complemented with a perpetual blend from 2004. The plots with richer soils, primarily facing east and southeast, yield rounder, fuller-bodied wines, even within the context of the 2021 vintage. Unfolding in the glass with aromas of pear, acacia, and pastry, it is broader than Longitude, with a ripe yet vibrant acidity and a soft effervescence.
