AOC Champagne - 100% Meunier from biodynamically cultivated plots located in the northern Reims Mountains (Vrigny, Coulommes la Montagne, Villers-Allerand) on sandy soils. 90% composed of a solera created in 1995. Three years of ageing on its lees and almost a year after disgorging before release. One of the best entry-level champagnes from this cult winery, part of the select group of friends of Selosse, and one of our favorite Meurnier champagnes, a super-savory, mineral, and crisp champagne.
