D.O. Ribeiro, Spain - Mainly Treixadura on granitic sandy soils from the vineyard A Teixa da Ermida located in Ribadavia, on the north side of the river Avia. Fermentation in new French oak foudres 2,300 and then one year aging in the same foudres and another year in bottle before release.
