AOC. Chablis (Burgundy), France - 100% Chardonnay from a vineyard with an average age between 15 and 30 years. Vineyard located in Ligny-Le-Châtel, Maligny and Villy. Plantation density 7,300 feet / Ha, with yields of 14 hl / Ha. Limestone floors from Kimmeridien. Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts, for 150 days. After malolactic fermentation, Garnier et Fils Chablis will have an aging period of 11 months in stainless steel tanks. There it will be in contact with the lees, which will round it up with greater volume in the mouth and will provide characteristic aromas of these dead yeasts. After clarification (with bentonite) and filtration, it is finished with bottling. A surprising Chablis, with magnificent intensity ready to drink and enjoy. Recommended by The Sommelier.
