AOC Champagne (Côte des Bar), France - 100% Pinot Noir from south-facing plots, selected for their ability to produce perfectly ripe grapes. The soils are derived from Kimmeridgian and Portlandian formations, rich in marine fossils, which impart a distinctive minerality to the wines. The grapes are organically cultivated by carefully selected winegrowers, all located around Landreville, in the heart of the Côte des Bar.
The Pinot Noir is vinified entirely in Burgundy oak barrels, with natural fermentation and no added yeasts. Malolactic fermentation takes place, and the wines benefit from extended aging on their lees before disgorgement in September 2024. Unfiltered, unfined, and above all, undosed: an authentic Brut Nature, with a pure and uncompromising identity. Recommended by The Sommelier.
