TELMO RODRÍGUEZ AS CABORCAS 2021
As Caborcas is the last major development of an exceptional duo , formed by the charismatic Telmo Rodriguez and Pablo Spanish SUV Eguzkiza Vineyard , visible heads of a large and ambitious project known as the Company wine Wine Telmo Rodriguez in nine regions of Spain : Alicante , Cigales , Málaga and Sierras de Málaga , Rioja , Ribera del Duero , Rueda, Toro , Valdeorras and VT Castilla y León. As Caborcas is the name by which you know the responsible vineyard grapes of this wine , a term meaning " facing west " . Today As Caborcas still does not have a label that identifies it , nor has set a retail price , a decision will soon see the light.
The philosophy of this project , the most recent of the company, is to recover the native varieties are Godello and Mencia , however in this new wine go a step further by incorporating Merenzao castes , Sousón and grenache to the information already godello , as practical to bring a touch of fresh aromatic florality .
