D.O. Bierzo, Spain - 100% Mencia on slate soils in Valtuille de Abajo. New wine made by Raul Pérez, currently the most prestigious winemaker. Cold maceration of whole clusters. Fermentation in French oak oval barrels of 1.500 liters for 12 months with batonnage. Production limited to 500 bottles.
