Without D.O. (Rías Baixas) - 100% Albariño on "Sábrego" (decomposed granite) soils worked in ecological. Destemming and crushing for 100% of the grapes, film maceration for 12 hours, pressing, settling and 8 days of fermentation at 18º. Subsequently aging on its fine lees in a steel tank for 13 months.
