AOC. Borgougne, France - 100% Pinot Noir. In this vintage, most of the grapes come from the “Les Bons Bâtons” plot of Chambolle-Musigny since the Nuits Saint-Georges vineyards were completely frozen. In the cellar for this wine and in this vintage 100% destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts trying to extract as little as possible for which it does not perform bazuqueos. The wine is aged for about 14 months in oak barrels (20% new). It is not clarified or filtered. It has a fresh bouquet with crisp red fruit, cherries, blood orange mixed with violet aromas. In the mouth the structure is medium, agile, subtle and feminine with a magnificent final delineation. Recommended by El Sommelier.
