AOC. Bourgogne, France - 100% organically farmed Chardonnay from a 1.5-hectare vineyard planted in 1967 on calcareous soils. The vineyard is located on a hill overlooking the village of Savigny in the Côte de Beaune. The name "Perrieres" refers to the rock pile or the rockiness of the vineyard. The wine has great structure, is balanced, and mineral with a long finish. No sulfur (Shiro) is added.
