Transfer to the warehouse in boxes of 15 kg. Pressing the whole cluster in low pressure pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation with its own yeasts, without racking, at controlled Tº and without addiction of any type of product except sulfur in chestnut barrel (2017) of 800L. (Boteria Torner) and 200L. in stainless Batonage weekly for 3 months and aging on its lees 11 months until bottling. Bottled without cold tartaric stabilization, without clarification, roughing and sulfur filtering in moderate doses. Recommended by the Sommelier.
