D.O. Rias Baixas, Spain - 100% albariño on sandy soils near the sea, in the Arousa estuary. It remains five months on lees. A subtle Albariño, with clean notes of white flowers, elegant citrus aromas, a whiff of sea breeze, harmonious and fresh. The palate reveals very tasty, almost salty, with a sharp acidity. An albariño with a strong personality.
ALBAMAR
Albamar is a family winery that began its journey approximately 25 years ago, linked to the care of the vineyards and the production of Albariño wines of unique character and special personality.
In the year 2006 one of the children of the family takes the reins of the winery; Xurxo Alba Padín dedicated body and soul to viticulture. From this moment the business is baptized with the name of Bodegas Albamar, a fusion of the family's surname and the proximity of its vineyards to the sea.
