D.O. Bierzo, Spain - 100% Godello. This white wine, has a fermentation in fudres without temperature control, and a higher concentration of wood than other white wines of the author. It comes from a vineyard between Valtuille de Abajo and Cacabelos, both towns in the Bierzo region, with a clay soil that is very loose. The production is in vines trellis of more than 20 years.
Ultreia Godello shows on the nose aromas of fresh grass with slight memories of kaffir lime, stone fruit, pineapple, wood and melon. The result is a slightly tropical background. Very stimulating
The wine is vibrant on the palate, with a subtle entrance, and a great explosion on the palate. Conjugates very well acidity with alcohol, achieving a perfect balance. It is long and fresh.
