La Orotava (Tenerife) - 95 PARKER. Mainly Listán Negro from old braided cordon vines in the upper part of La Orotava, Pinolere, 700 metres above sea level and facing north. Made with whole bunches and a very gentle vinification with its native yeasts and aged in 228-litre oak barrels for 8 months. 2,000 bottles were produced. 10.5% Alc.
It is a light wine, but with an energy that does not leave you indifferent. Tasty and aromatic on the nose, it has character and personality, it is very hedonistic and tasty, to pair with any dish. Very versatile.
