D.O. Ribeira Sacra, Spain - 96 PARKER.80% Mencía and the rest a mixture of different varieties from the Capeliños farm. Half of the production is bottled under the Guímaro Finca Capeliños brand and the other half for Raúl Pérez as El Pecado. It is made with 40% stem and 60% whole grape. Between 12 and 14 months of aging in used barrels of 4 and 6 years of 225 l. One of our favorite reds from Galicia. Only around 1000 bottles of this wine are made. Recommended by The Sommelier.
