D.O. Toro, Spain - 91 PARKER. 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) on deep and well drained gravel texture variable. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks from 12,000 to 15,000 kg. Aged for 14 Months in fudres 1500 liter and 225 liter barrels. This is a refined Toro where the power is counteracted with freshness and elegance. Recommended by El Sumiller.
