D.O. Valdeorras, Spain - 100% Godello produced by the Santa Marta Winery under the protection of the Valdeorras Designation of Origin. Harvested manually in 20 kg boxes at the optimal point of ripeness. Skin-tight maceration at low temperatures for 10 hours. Fermentation in different oak barrels with periodic batonnage. Viñaredo A Cercada is a limited production wine. 1,200 bottles.
In 2024, it received the highest award at the 23rd Bacchus Awards organized by the Spanish Union of Wine Tasters, being the only Godello to win the Bacchus de Oro.
