D.O. Rias Baixas, Spain - 100% Albariño from vines averaging 45 years old in sandy soils. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously in a 1,500-liter oak foudre, where it ages for approximately 11 months. 2,500 bottles were produced. Recommended by El Sumiller.

Fermented and aged in 750 liter barrels for 12 months and several pigeage.
Sommelier Rating:
This is the same wine that the prestigious and renowned Sketch, designed for the U.S. market. Half the production is bottled as Sketch and the other half as Goliardo A Telleira. It has excellent storage capacity and improved thanks to that magnific acidity and barrel aging.

Baked white fish and shellfish, rice, seafood, stews and grilled seafood. Not very mature cheeses.
