A.O.C. Saumur, France - 100% Chenin Blanc on clay and limestone soils. The production process follows biodynamic guidelines. Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in oval 12 hl foudres to preserve all the minerality. Fermentation time of 4 months. Crianza on its lees for 9 months. Straw yellow color, almost crystalline, bright. On the nose it combines concentration, freshness, generosity and power with subtle fruity, regional and vegetable aromas. Then come aromas of white fruits (pear, peach) and citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit ...) On the palate, the attack is straight and velvety and sensuality is mixed suggesting all the potential of a great terroir. The acidity is present, without ostentation.
