After de-stemming, it performs spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then passes to a 500 l used cask. where it carries out the aging for 20 months as well as the malolactic fermentation. Production limited to one barrel, 660 bottles. 12% Alc. It has a deep and complex nose with notes of wild black berries, black pepper, olives, licorice. The palate is fresh, light, mineral with velvety tannins, in a very balanced set. A Douro with a much fresher and lighter profile than usual. Recommended by The Sommelier.
