D.O. Montilla-Moriles, Andalucia, Spain - 91-95 Parker. Old Oloroso mixed with Pedro Ximénez and aged for three years. It is bottled with 18% alcohol and has 119 grams of residual sugar, which means it is quite sweet. It is a serious and old sweet wine, with notes of caramelized nuts and nougat. It has a round palate with sweetness, but it does not feel cloying. 2,600 half bottles were filled in March 2018, the first take off of 2018. The price is per half bottle.
