DOC. Piemonte, Italy - 100% Bianco di Canelli Moscato from 30-year-old vines on clay-calcareous soils. The harvest is done manually. Alcoholic fermentation at 19ºC with autochthonous yeasts and interruption with cold. Afterwards, a slight filtration is carried out. Aged for 10 to 15 days in stainless steel tanks and over 2 months in bottle.
