IGP. Côtes Catalanes, France - 75% Carignan, 25% Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc planted in 1900 atop an old chalk mine in Calce. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts of the whole harvest with all the scrape in stainless steel tank and then aged in French oak for about 18 months.
