D.O. Montsant, Catalonia - 93 PARKER. 100% Garnacha from vineyards located between 300 and 350 meters above sea level in clay and sandy soils, cultivated using environmentally friendly practices and limited yields to concentrate flavor and freshness. The harvest is done by hand, and in the winery, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with whole clusters and native yeasts, without temperature control and with gentle maceration for about a week. After fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in the same stainless steel tanks, without oak aging, which allows the varietal and terroir expression to emerge without external additives. This is a clean, fresh wine with 13% alcohol, offering aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) and Mediterranean herbs, fine tannins, and a lively acidity that gives it a long and elegant finish, maintaining a light and fruity style typical of the project. 9,700 bottles of this vintage were produced, and it was bottled in April 2024.
