D.O. Ribeira Sacra, Spain - Mencia and others old vines of 60 years old. New wine made by Envínate. Vinification in small open buckets, with 40% of the scrape on some plots and other stemmed. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 11 months aging in French oak used barrels without any transfer or any addition of sulfur. Recommended by The Sommelier.
