Trained as a sommelier at the San Javier Hospitality School in A Coruña and at the prestigious WSET in London, Juan Ayerbe has received numerous awards, including third place in La Nariz de Oro 2013, one of Spain’s most prestigious sommelier competitions, and the Magnum Award for Best Sommelier in Galicia 2014.

In 2011, he founded elSumiller.es, a project born from passion and enthusiasm that continues to grow year after year. A new journey in search of the finest terroirs. Ready to join us?
