A.O.C. Côtes du Jura, France - 100% Trousseau. Vineyard with southern exposure, southeast, on limestone sandstone and Triassic loams. Worked in a biodynamic way Fermented and aged in terracotta eggs until bottling, instead of the oak they used to blow, which made it very bright, with vitality, very alive, very expressive, open and fresh, with red fruit and some notes of orange peel. The palate is light, very easy to drink and without appreciable tannins. A very pure, precise and crystalline expression of Trousseau. 2,300 bottles produced.
