No D.O., Catalonia - Carignan and Garnacha Blanca from the El Bosc plot, a century-old bush-vine vineyard planted at an altitude of 520 m in the municipality of Cabra del Camp. With a coastal Mediterranean climate, the 2020 vintage was dry with very low annual rainfall of around 500 mm. The soils are clay-limestone, and the vineyard is managed with a minimal-intervention organic viticulture approach. Harvest took place on September 12, 2020. A magnificent, mineral and balanced white. Recommended by El Sumiller.
