DOC. Dão, Portugal - 92 PARKER. 70% Touriga Nacional and 30% Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) from granitic soils in different plots of the property. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in granite vats and concrete vats, with malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was aged in equal parts in used 500-litre barrels and concrete with the lees for 18 months. Recommended by The Sommelier.
