D.O. Penedes, Spain - 100% xarel.lo certified biodynamic agriculture from the Alt Penedès on calcareous soils. Maceration with the skins and pressed very low yields. Fermentation with yeasts own vineyard, is made in oak barrels and then the wine remains in barrel for a period of approximately one month. Limited edition of 3066 bottles.
