La Seca (Castilla y León), Spain - 92+ PARKER. 100% Verdejo from different plots in the village of La Seca, primarily in the San Martín area, seeking the unadulterated varietal profile, reflecting the climate and soils. The must from the whole bunches was left to rest and fermented at 20°C in stainless steel tanks, and only 10% of the volume was aged for seven months in French oak barrels, while the remainder remained in stainless steel. It comes from a cooler year with good yields, and the wines are more agile, with less weight and alcohol. Alcohol: 13%, pH: 3.25, Acid: 5.53
