D.O. Rias Baixas, España - 100% Albariño. This is a special cuvee from four microplots very close to the sea whose grapes are characterized by a high malic acidity. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels of various uses and raised for 13 months with its fine lees in the same barrels. The wine does not go through malolactic fermentation. A wine that each vintage we like more, with all the málic race from Salnés and salinity of the Atlantic sea with the creaminess of barrel aging.
