A.O.C. Champagne, France - Arbanne, Petit Meslier, and Pinot Blanc. The idea for this cuvée was born in 2010 when Étienne Calsac decided to plant three forgotten grape varieties—Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier, and Arbane—at Les Fours, a family plot in Sézanne. These three historic white Champagne grape varieties had almost disappeared. Six years later, Étienne Calsac decided to vinify this plot in a single 600-liter barrel. Aged for seven months in oak barrels, it was then aged on its lees in the cellar for over two years.
Les Revenants is a unique and singular Champagne, a Champagne with a captivating vibrancy and energy. Recommended by The Sommelier.
