A.O.C. Champagne - 80% Pinot Ménier, 20% Chardonnay. Estate located in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, where Jérôme Blin continues the family tradition dating back to 1671.
The 6-hectare estate is composed of 70% Pinot Ménier, typical of the Marne Valley, with 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, grown certified organically since 2016.
The vines are around 50 years old on calcareous clay-silt soils. South-southwest exposure. Vinification in steel tanks and aging in stacks for 42 months.
